Here you divide your 24 hours in 16 and 8 hours. You fast for 16 hours and eat for 8 hours only. This is popular method among all. You get to decide your 8 hours of eating as per your routine.
- 16/8 with bulletproof coffee:
In this method, the fasting is done with a bulletproof coffee in the morning. It keeps hunger away for many hours, giving you energy to go through whole day of dieting.
